Daisy Willow Early Learning was created by an educator who wanted to build the kind of workplace she always hoped to find. We believe that when teachers are trusted, supported, and given the resources to do meaningful work, children thrive.
We're building a collaborative team of educators who value curiosity, creativity, and strong relationships. We’re looking for educators who enjoy getting outside, following children's interests, asking questions, and continuing to grow alongside their students and one another.

Seedlings & Sprouts Teachers
- Support our youngest learners through responsive caregiving, nurturing relationships, and a calm, thoughtfully prepared environment. Infant teachers partner closely with families while following each child's individual rhythms and milestones.

Infants 6 weeks-18 months
Blossoms & Seekers Teachers
- Guide children through a season of rapid growth, language development, and growing independence. This classroom is filled with movement, exploration, and opportunities to help toddlers make sense of the world around them.
- You'll love this role if... you're patient, playful, and enjoy following children's ideas and helping them discover what they're capable of.
Toddlers 18 months- 3 years
Investigators Teachers
- Facilitate inquiry-based learning that builds on children's interests and encourages creativity, problem-solving, and collaboration. Preschool teachers guide long-term projects, document learning, and prepare children for lifelong learning, not just kindergarten!
- You'll love this role if... you're inspired by big questions, open-ended exploration, and seeing children's ideas come to life.
Preschoolers 3-5 years
